- Standard Booth: $600
- Includes one 10’ x 10’ booth space with table and two representatives
- Sponsorship: $1,500
- Includes booth space plus recognition during sessions and on presentation screens
- Electricity available upon request ($30 fee)

Exhibit Hours – (Wednesday, September 23)
Exhibitor engagement is concentrated during scheduled break periods, while booths remain accessible to attendees throughout the day.

- 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Refreshments)
Setup Times
- Tuesday, Sept 22: After 2:30 PM
- Wednesday, Sept 23: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM

- Download and complete the vendor contract
- Submit by August 15, 2026

Space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional Exhibitor Information
- Two vendor representatives may attend lectures at no extra cost
- Electricity available upon request ($30 fee)
- Door prize donations are encouraged
