The Arkansas Society for Respiratory Care invites you to exhibit at the 53rd ASRC Annual State Meeting and Educational Seminar to be held in Hot Springs, AR, at the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort on September 24–25, 2025.

Exhibit & Sponsorship Details

  • Sponsorships are available for $1,500.
    Your company will be recognized on the large screen in the lecture hall, and this includes the exhibit fee.
  • Exhibit fee for a single booth space (10’ x 10’ with a 6’ x 2’ table): $600

Exhibit Hours

  • 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Refreshments)
  • 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Refreshments)

Door Prizes

Drawings for door prizes will take place during exhibit hours.
If your company is able (and it doesn’t violate policy), please consider donating a small gift or gift card. Your generosity will be acknowledged in the meeting packets.

Vendor Setup & Breakdown

  • Setup:
    • Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 (after 2:30 p.m.)
    • Wednesday, September 24th, 2025 (8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.)
  • Vendor packets, name tags, daily agendas, and all pertinent info will be distributed during setup.
  • Breakdown:
    • Begins no earlier than 4:30 p.m. on September 24th
    • All booth items must be removed by 5:30 p.m.

⚠️ Please do not begin dismantling your booth prior to 4:30 p.m. out of respect for attendees and fellow exhibitors.

  • Electricity will be provided only if requested.
  • Booth space will be reserved under the exact name you provide.
    Include your company name and a list of staff attending (with city and state) on the enclosed contract.

  • One (1) representative may attend the meeting lectures at no charge. Additional attendees must register separately.
